Are you an accounting professional with a strong eye for detail and advanced document skills? We're seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join our growing team. This role begins onsite and will transition to remote after an initial ramp-up period.
Prepare, draft, and format financial statements, engagement letters, and representation letters.
Collaborate closely with audit teams to ensure documents align with financial reporting standards.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills to apply templates, maintain consistent formatting, and build structured tables.
Proofread financial reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Manage version control of documents and ensure proper file organization.
Track project deliverables and deadlines, coordinating across teams to ensure timely completion.
3-4 years of experience formatting and preparing financial statements.
Prior experience in a CPA firm or working directly with audit teams is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting or related field), or equivalent work experience in financial reporting.
